Sam,
First, I admire this painting.
Second : "Wama nagkashto Jahelan 2la wa '3alabany" .... still great replies, but you are arguing with people who will never admit the truth.

See that guy the with the Israeli Flag that says "Peace" on it? Well they want to get ride(1) of the Palestinians and put the arabs in their pocket before they can do that.

1. Ride = KILL THE PALESTINIAN IDENTITY

P.S : THIS REPLY GOES STRICTLY TO SAM. I WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY AMERICAN/JEW/ISRAELI/ZIONISTS.

I know you say American to talk about USA but please... Do not do that. America is a continent, not a country. I am from Argentina, so, I am an American too.

Thanks!

I guess you do not understand what I have said... I know what "America" means for the world (thanks to the movies and people of USA, because that is the name of the country) but they are not America, it is an insult to all the countries in America when people say something about USA and they say America. It is the same when people here say norteamericano ( [link] ). I mean, Canada is also North America, people can not say North America if they are talking only about the USA. They are not special in any way... They are just another country.

You are free to do anything you want, but I am tired of that.

It is really amazing to see that someone can reply to all these comments in a very civilized, educated manner.
If only more Muslims could be like this, we would not be perceived around the world in such negative stereotypes ...

May Allah save Gaza from its miseries

Umm, i agree with being against violence and stuff. But don't you think hamas had it coming? they did fire hundreds of missiles to israel which led israel to force them into starvasion.

Its cool to be against that whole hate thingie, but don't you think it's strange that one time their cheering to fire missiles into israel civilion location after they gave away gaza, and the next thing their suddenly the victims?

try seeing the actions before that even, like closure of the border/blockade of the Gaza Strip that were leading to shortages of gas, electricity, water, and medicine..
You're right my friend; for any action there is a reaction.

It is very simple: stop firing missiles, live in peace. 10-20 missiles each day to Sderot! If you wand your country, you have to live by yourselves: food, electricity, water. Not like a parasite.
This is "never ending story", my friend. They will fire on us, we react. Some times maybe to hard but this is how it works.

What other country would "live in peace" when they're imprisoned in a portion of their land without being able to exit or return to it. Every country require to import and export goods to survive. It doesn't make you a "parasite". But when you lock someone up, deprive them of basic human necessities; you leave them with little but anger and the need to revolt. Like how your ancestors revolted against the Romans. Or are they humans with rights and Palestinians are just dirt.

Anyways i really don't care into getting into history and who did what first. The main problem with Israel is it's disproportionate "reaction". It's not self-def fence when 287 Palestinians die for 1 Israeli. And Back in 2006 up to 700 Lebanese died for 121 Israelis. If you as a human being can honestly say that's justified, don't bother reply; because this argument will go nowhere.

It's not self-def fence when 287 Palestinians die for 1 Israeli.

The only reason why "it's disproportionate +reaction+" is that Israel is strong and Hamas weak but do that make always the justice on the side of the weak??
Just imagine if Hamas had the same power as Israel?...
...perhaps Gaza wouldn't even exist by now.

In the other hand I understand very well your feeling and actions. You feel much more identification with the Palestinians than with the Israelis.
I just don't understand why your conceptual works sometimes forget that Israelis are humans too.

It's not about week and strong, it's about the destruction and civilian killing that Israel always commits. Had people in Gaza even had and army, it would slightly be more fare. Attacking mosques, university and now i hear attacking a hospital!! You really wanna still defend this as being human? If Hamas had power like Israel and there was this war i could at least say it's fair game, i could say both sides could all go to hell for all i care.

But what you see here is a full abled strong person beating a handicapped because he threw a rock on him. Nothing could make this easy to watch.

Even if i had no Palestinian decent or even Arab ancestry, i would sympathize with the Palestinians. Let's get this straight; Israeli are humans, Jews are Humans (who suffered a lot in the past may i add) but the acts committed are not! You can't ever feel sorrow for the victor! And that's the identity issue that Israel still struggles with. You can't be a victim when you're clearly the victor.

You have your idea of what is fare or not fare and that's ok
Hamas is a terror organization who organized many terror attack on civilians in Israel (Muslims civilians and Jews civilians alike)
Why should the (good thinking) world wake up (only) when the Palestinians are victims?
Hamas decided to make war with Israel
Hamas knows exactly what are its means of defense and attack and also what is the fire power of Israel.
They decided to stop the truce between Israel and Gaza and keep on targeting civilians populations in Israel...so Israel has no choice
Israel hates war
Israel hates killing

But Israel hates to see this terror organization destroy any chance of peace by killing Israel civilians and by keeping the Gaza population like hostages.

It's not a game it's a war
We are not looking for a victory we are looking for peace.

Israel and its unhabitants are very patiente
They suffered of many many attacks from Gaza since the IDF left the Gaza stip (and before)
I don't understand why people talk about "morale" when Palestinians are victims and about "occupation" when Israelis are victims!
Hamas is not a liberation movement. It is a terror organization
No more no less.

I for Gaza too
Perhaps more than you are...

Maybe because you don't live in the west you don't realize that the world is always awake when the Jews suffer, maybe it's the Holocaust guilt that still haunts them, but they are always pro-Israel and Anti-Arabs. I hate that when someone's trying to sympathize with people's suffering and do a piece of art out of a sincerely sad emotions, everyone jumps on them to defend Israel. And to me that spells guilt. When my work is never even anti-any-thing-remotely-Jewish i still get all these comments. (Yours is at least intellectual and civilized in nature). but still, i don't get or ever will get how the action of Hams/Israel will ever make the killing of innocent civilian Palestinians justified.
And i hate to go any more on history, but maybe you want peace, and I'm sure the majority of Israelis want peace too. But your government does not. You can look all the way to the conception of Zionism and all that's mentioned about the Arabs from the very beginning, and you'd know Israel does not wants peace, it wants peace for it's Jews at the price of everyone else.
Israel has a choice, they always do. They are in full control of the area, you can't keep occupying and putting illegal settlements and annexing piece of land after another, not follow any Geneva convention act.. basically always expand the borders while saying they support peace and support a future Palestinian state. How much land will there be left for that "future state"?

And i no longer want to talk about Hamas because i don't even support or fully comprehend their actions. So i don't need every reply to a Palestinian suffering with the "it's Hamas's fault", you would know i think that they don't even represent all Palestinians.

We apologize for any suffering of on involved Men Women or children. We weep for those under the yoke of the Hamas. Understandably we have to act in the best interest of our citizens that have been targeted for almost a decade, unlike the victims in Gaza, missiles aimed at Sderot are meant to kill civilians.

o.k. here's the equation as I see it.
On the Israeli side
a. we left Gaza more then 3 years ago
b. we kept Gaza on our water and power grid even after the Hamas took over
c. Hamas clearly wants to destroy the Jewish state
d. for more then 8 years our CIVILIANS have been targeted many Men women and children have but hurt or killed--including a hour ago in Ashkelon.
On the Gaza side
a. Hamas uses innocent human beings as shields in one of the mostly densely populated places on the plant.
b. Hamas targets innocent ppl, while we try to ONLY hit armed terrorists
If you were responsible for the safety of the ppl on the Israeli side what would you do?
Reply

Well you see it this way coz ur blinded from the complete truth
Hamas was elected by palestenians
Hamas and israel had a truce for the past few months
Israel broke the truce
From the 318 ppl killed in the attacks in gaza only 120 are from hamas the rest are CIVILIANS (I bet the numbers killed in israel cant be compared with this)
the rest 198 ppl include children and women .. I just saw a woman on news weeping over her 5 daughters who died when a bomb fell over their hous (so wat israel missed a Hamas govt building to those innocnet girls house !!)
And finally u cant justify murders of civilians for anythihng that hamas ever did...

If i was respnisble for the safety for the ppl on the Israeli side I will try to think with a civilized manner for once and stop any murder

I am against murder, but what if the israelis would stop returning the fire? would hamas stop its attacks?

no: that is the problem with hamas, israel gave up gaza a long time ago, but does hamas do anything to give a little to the israelis?

no: you can say that israelis should stop the murder, but the same counts exactly for the palestinians, who completely support the hamas. all they do (palestinians) is act like their only the poor victims and the israelis the evil monster, but when they have a change to do violance themselves they explicitacally target women and worse of all: children. And then when the israelis counter attack they once again act like the victims. And don't act that you can say the palestinians aren't responsible for the actions of the hamas, they DID elect them.

plus it was the hamas who did not want to extent the peace treaty, don't you go and mix things up.

- Israel WILL NOT stop "returning" fire, until nothing is left to selvage..

-Hamas would stop it's attacks if Israel ends the blockade on Gaza, or if once at least they stood by their word. And not just expected the Palestinian do their part while getting nothing in return.

-What should Hamas or any Palestinian give any more to Israel! They took their land, settled on what's left of it, killed people in masses and even took over the Arabic culture (lol, falafel is not Israeli! It wasn't created in Germany or Russia)

Basically there's nothing LEFT to give!

-Israel didn't give up Gaza, they stopped occupying it illegally. They still control it. What goes in (more like what never gets in, like medicine) who goes out (more like people are not allowed to go out)

- Palestinian will always support Hamas, they don't even have an army to support! Should they support their "president" who didn't have more to say than " condemned the attacks and called for restraint" while his people are dying in masses!

I could reply to everything you say, but i don't wanna finish reading your comments. Do you even have anything to do with the situation, are you a Jew, an Arab? Do you have relatives their?

This is NOT a public forum for random people discussing their opinions all the way from the safety of Europe! Reply to people on their own pages please, thank you. Have a good day.
